How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

Follow these steps to create your email address:

1. Log into cPanel using the details provided in your hosting account.

2. Scroll down to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

3. Click the blue Create button on the right.

4. Fill in the details:

   • Username: The part before the @ (e.g., info if you want info@yourdomain.co.za).

   • Password: Enter a strong password or use the password generator.

   • Storage Space: You can set a limit or leave it as “Unlimited.”

5. Click Create at the bottom.

✅ Your new email account is now ready.

Accessing Your Email

• To check your mail online, go back to Email Accounts and click Check Email next to your new address. This will open Webmail.

• Inside Webmail, you’ll also find instructions for connecting your email to other devices (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone’s Mail app).
