1. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

You may cancel your hosting service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the official support channels listed on our website.

1.1 Before Activation

If you cancel your service before activation, you are entitled to a full refund of any hosting fees paid.

1.2 After Activation – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel your service within 30 days of activation, you are eligible for a full refund of your hosting fees, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The cancellation request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of activation.

  • The cancellation request is submitted via one of the official support channels listed on our website.

  • The service is a shared hosting, reseller, or cloud hosting plan (see Section 4 for non-refundable services).

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 Eligible Refunds

If you qualify under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, HostDactyl will issue a full refund of hosting service charges.

2.2 Ineligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations submitted after the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.

  • Domain registration, domain transfer, or renewal fees (domains are non-refundable once registered).

  • Add-ons, setup fees, or third-party licensing fees.

  • Services terminated due to policy violations or abuse.

3. SERVERS & NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable once activated, regardless of cancellation date:

  • VPS (Virtual Private Server) – managed or unmanaged

  • VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server)

  • Dedicated Servers

  • cPanel/WHM licenses or other server-level add-ons

Please ensure you fully understand the features and responsibilities of these services before purchase.

4. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any dispute. We are committed to resolving any service-related or billing concerns promptly.

  • Initiating a dispute or chargeback through your bank, credit card company, or PayPal without contacting us first will render you ineligible for a refund—even if your request falls within the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.

  • HostDactyl reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in disputes or chargebacks.

  • Repeated or abusive chargeback behavior may result in a permanent ban from using our services.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Eligible refunds will be processed by our billing team within 3 to 14 business days after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

HostDactyl reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
